Research at Eijkman Institute

The Eijkman Institute carries out fundamental research in biomedical areas of strategic importance. The institute's research program has been developed following a strategy to ensure scientific performance at an internationally competitive level, starting from the very beginning. It follows a progressive recruitment and man power development plan, and capitalizes on similarities in scientific strategies and technologies.

Research activities at the Eijkman Institute is coordinated by either Deputy for Fundamental Research or Deputy for Translational Research.
