DIPI-MRC workshop at Eijkman Institute

On 28 April 2016, President of Indonesian Academy of Sciences (Akademi Ilmu Pengetahuan Indonesia/AIPI), Prof. Sangkot Marzuki visited Eijkman Institute for Molecular Biology to introduce the Indonesian Science Fund (Dana Ilmu Pengetahuan Indonesia/DIPI), Medical Research Council (MRC), and UK Academics partnerships. The visit was part of DIPI-MRC workshop, an opportunity for Indonesian researchers to meet researchers from UK institutions and explore opportunities for research collaborations. 

The Indonesian Science Fund (Dana Ilmu Pengetahuan Indonesia, DIPI) is an independent body under the auspices of AIPI that provides a sustainable funding resource for fundamental and frontier research based on excellence, originality and capability.
